Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed Renal colic Not responding to NSAIDs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac or renal disease. Respiratory rate < 12 BpM. Systolic blood pressure < 100. Hypersensitivity to opioids or magnesium sulfate. Pregnancy and lactation. NSAID hypersensitivity or salicylate hypersensitivity. Patients with neuromuscular disease, such as myasthenia gravis. GIT bleeding and gastric ulcers. Bronchial asthma, exacerbations and AERD. Substances abuse and drug addiction.
