Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatoid arthritis for more than 3 years. 2. Poor sleep quality. 3. Mild to moderate depression. 4. All women are sedentary with low physical activity levels on the six-point physical activity scale, scoring = 2 5. Their ages will be ranged from 30 to 45 years old. 6. Their BMI will be less than 30 Kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or are breast-feeding. 2. Post-menopausal women. 3. Women treated with steroids, hypnotics, antidepressants or antipsychotics. 4. Women with cardiac symptoms. 5. Musculoskeletal/ neurological limitations to exercise.
