Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients (aged between 25- 75 years old). 2) Patients pathologically confirmed to have malignant head and neck cancer. 3) Patients with locally advanced irresectable disease. 4) Patients who had complete clinical data and follow up results 5) patients didn't receive either chemotherapy or radiotherapy before

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with performance status (ECOG >2) 2) patients with distant metastatic disease. 3) patients with chronic renal disease. 4) patients with moderate to severe hearing loss
