Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged from 3 to 10 years ols American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II Scheduled for PCNL procedure Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parent refusal Allergy to any study medication ASA III or IV Patients with neurological disorders as epilepsy, and hydrocephalus or psychological disorders as autism Patients with anatomic abnormalities at site of injection as spinae bifida, skin lesions, infection or wounds at site of proposed needle insertion Patients with bleeding disorders defined as INR > 1.5 and/or platelet count < 100,000/µL
