Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following participants will be included in this study; 1. Patients with a histological diagnosis of breast cancer 2. Patients with established bone metastatic disease as determined by a staging workup and obtained written medical clearance from the oncologists or the physician

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following participants will be excluded from this study; - Patients with breast cancer presenting with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and/or neurological disorders that could inhibit them from exercise - Patients with other forms of metastasis other than bone

Assessment of pain using The Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy Bone Pain Questionnaire (FACT-BP) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS);Assessment of fatigue of participants using the Multidimensional Fatigue Symptom Inventory-Short Form (MFSI-SF), a self-reported questionnaire used to assess the severity and impact of fatigue. It measures fatigue across multiple dimensions including general, physical, emotional, mental, and vigour. ;Assessment of the psychological status of participants using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), a self-assessment questionnaire that measures the levels of anxiety and depression in a person.

Assessment of quality of life of participants using the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire for patients with bone metastases, EORTC QLQ-BM22, a validated questionnaire used to assess the quality of life of patients with bone metastases.
