Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study will include both male and female apparently healthy employees of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (both academics and non-academics), aged 40 to 70 years, and are willing to participate. This age bracket is the limit for the WHO CVD risk (laboratory-based) chart that will be used to calculate the participants’ 10-year CVD risk percentage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Considering that PA behavioural habit is health-promoting and universally acknowledged to benefit all groups of individuals in health, and considering that volume rather than intensity is the focus of the PA behaviour, it should apply to all groups of individuals(socioeconomic and socio-professional categories). Thus, no exclusion criterion is envisaged. However, those who would not have a smartphone that could be used to install the M-App shall be excluded.
