Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary consent must be expressed, and signed. Age between 40 - 70 Medical History showing diabetes existing >4 years Glucose levels >150mg/dl and Hba1c > 7.0% Must be on approved medication for type 2 diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to express consent 70 years Pregnancy Other existing diseases that impacts diabetes Smoking and drinking Dietary lifestyle outside the defined scope
