Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Female Patients above 18 (2) Patients with proven breast cancer involving lactiferous ducts but at least 1 cm away from the areola.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Candidates with ages below 18 years old. (2) Patients with proven breast cancer involving lactiferous ducts less than 1 cm away from the areola Patient refusal.
