Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children free from any systemic disease. Cavitated carious primary molar teeth (si/sta 1.2/2.2). Tooth cannot retain filling and need stainless steel crown.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non -vital teeth with abscess or fistula. Non restorable primary molars indicated for extraction. Sensitivity to SDF or any of its components including silver or heavy metals or if there was active ulceration, mucositis, or stomatitis.
