Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Donors aged = 18 to = 45 years. - Both sexes. - Classified by American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I and II who will be candidates to be donors of ALDLT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A patient refused to participate in the study. - Allergy to any of the study drugs by history. - A body-mass index higher than 35 kg/m². - Those on hypnotics or antidepressant drugs.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the level of human tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
• Liver profile: alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL) and international normalized ratio (INR). • Hemodynamic stability (heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure, and cardiac output by Electrical Cardiometry). • Opioid requirements.
