Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting Pregnant women with singleton foetus undergoing caesarean section at =37 weeks gestational age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: placenta previa Abruptio Placenta Women with known renal disorders, women with coagulopathy current or previous history of heart disease
