Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rotator cuff tear MRI evidence of tear at least three months of symptoms duration inadequate response to conservative measures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with massive rotator cuff tears irreparable tears frozen shoulder inflammatory or rheumatologic diseases glenohumeral osteoarthritis previous shoulder surgery
