Inclusion criteria: • Females with BMI >24.9 kg/m • Age group between 18-24yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Females with BMI < 24.9 kg/m • neuromuscular and neurological diseases • Any visual disability • History of vestibular disease
