Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with segmental mandibular continuity defect, not involving the condyle. 2. Patients suffering from lesions that are invasive to the lower border of the mandible. 3. Patients dealing with osteomyelitis that’s indicated for sequestrectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically compromised patients contradicting operation 2. Patients with a composite mandibular defect with soft tissue deficiency after resection. 3. Patients with lateral segmental mandibular defect involving the condyle. 4. Patients with an active infection at the site of resection.
