Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients presenting with acute greater tuberosity fracture within three weeks from injury and diagnosed using plain X-ray and computed tomography. ? Adult group (18-80) years. ? Both genders
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Open fracture or infected soft tissue. ? Other accompanying proximal humerus fractures. ? Patient of mal-united or delayed union fractures around the shoulder. ? Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or significant osteoporosis. ? Elderly, and low-demand patients as bed ridden, paraplegic or quadriplegic patients ? Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
