Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all adolescents with moderate and severe SCFE presented to our hospital, including both stable and unstable cases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous osteotomy Closure of physis Refusal of participation Unfit for surgery
