Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients are suffering from displaced subcondylar fracture affecting occlusion and mouth opening. • Patients of both sexes. • Patients are free from any systemic diseases such as heart diseases. • Adult Patients whose ages range from (19-44) years old. • No mental/emotional contraindications for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Medically compromised patients. • Patients with upper or lower or bilateral edentoulousridge. • Patients with uncorrected para-functional habits and patients who don't adhere to the instructions and arch bar.
