Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All out and in-patients planed for tooth extraction single or multiple whose caregiver or parents for under 18 yrs old and adults will provide a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with communication difficulties 2. Patients allergic any antibiotic 3. Patients with oral infection 4. Patients with intraoperative need to extend surgical incision 5. Patients who will need extensive dental facial manipulation 6. Patient with high risk of infection such with implant surgery such of heart, immunocompromised, on organ transplant and cancer chemotherapy 7. Parturient population such pregnant mothers, mental retarded and psychiatric
