Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Elementary school adolescent girl students (grade 7th and 8th) from selected government school aged 10 to 19 years who willingly agreed to be part in the study were included. -And those who did not intend to transfer schools during the intervention period were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Those adolescent girls with obvious physical deformities for anthropometric measurements . - Absences in the pre-test, post-test and drop out during intervention time. -And also who are pregnant and lactating adolescent girl (if exists) were excluded. -Any adolescents who attended less than 25% of the nutrition education session.
