Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged between 18-45 years, any parity. women having vaginal delivery. full term singleton pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: women with medical disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, sickle cell disease, or bleeding disorders, severe anemia defined as hemoglobin level = 7gm/dl (9), abnormal placentation as placenta previa- accreta spectrum, placental abruption, pregnancy-related complications as severe preeclampsia, women on anticoagulant therapy, women refusing to participate in the study.
