Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting patients aged 18 years and above diagnosed with diabetes mellitus type II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with visual impairments Patients diagnosed with impaired memory Patients attending the outpatient clinic who upon clinical review are getting admitted to receive inpatient care on the recruitment date.
