Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • age = 65 years • Isolated Hip Fracture • Patient Consent. • Hip fracture repair under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • refusal of spinal anesthesia, • contraindications to spinal anesthesia and/or HFNC • conversion to general anesthesia.
