Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were pregnant women scheduled for emergency or elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia and women with ASA class I-II clinical status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to diclofenac or pentazocin Those that had general anaesthesia History of asthma Active gastrointestinal bleeding or peptic ulcer Long term steroids therapy Mentally disabled and unconscious patients Surgery lasting more than 99 minutes Refusal to participate
