Eligibility

Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Age :30-65years. 2- Physical status: ASA I,II. 3- BMI<35. 4- Localized breast cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- age:65 years. 2- Refusal of procedure or participation in the study by the patient. 3- Physical status: ASA III or above. 4- History of allergy to the study drug. 5- BMI>35. 6- Bleeding disorders and coagulopathy. 7- Psychiatric illness that may interfere with the study. 8- Metastatic breast cancer.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the first time to request rescue analgesia, pain score and patient hemodynamics.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome is to measure the total amount of nalubuphine consumed within 24 hours.
