Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Resides in a household participating in the Government of the Republic of Tanzaina's Productive Social Safety Net Programme (PSSN) 2. Living in rural villages with at least 9 PSSN households 3. A child under the age of 5 years resides in the household 4. Living in one of the three selected regions: Geita, Rukwa or Ruvuma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not a Tanzanian PSSN beneficiary household 2. Not living in rural villages with at least 9 PSSN households 3. No children under age of 5 years in the household 4. Living in a region other than Geita, Rukwa or Ruvuma
