Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with singleton live pregnancy with cephalic presentation who eventually have spontaneous vertex delivery. Estimated gestational age at term (37 - 42 weeks) at the time of delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with intrapartum anaemia (Hb <8 g/dL) Antepartum haemorrhage Intrauterine fetal death Women who have induction of labour Multiple gestation Patients with bleeding disorder, lentiviral positive, and hepatitis B or C. Polyhydramnios
