Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-45 years old Sedentarity Body mass index= 25 kg/m² or body fat= 30% of the total body weight Regular and normal length menstrual cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking Musculoskeletal, metabolic, cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary disorders Engagement in dietary or physical activity program for the las six months Use of medications that could interact with melatonin or affecting body weight Use of hormonal contraceptives Pregnancy and breastfeeding
