Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must have received medical approval from their physicians as being fit to exercise. 2. Male or female aged 18–65 years old. 3. Diagnosed with SCI between 7th cervical (C7) and 5th lumbar (L5) with at least 3 months’ post injury. 4. Participants with upper limb muscle power of at least 3 based on gross muscle power testing . 5. Willing to participate and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants will be excluded from the study if they have any of the following: 2. Participants with SCI level other than C5 to L4. 3. Participants with less than 3 months’ post injury. 4. Having upper limb muscle power of less than 3. 5. Participants with serious or unstable cardiovascular or neurological disorder.
