Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Youths aged 18-29 years seeking for services from the selected barbershops. ? Those who consent to participate in the project. ? Those with non-severe psychological distress (PHQ-9 score of >5 to =17).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those with plans to end their lives within two weeks of the pre-assessment hence imminent suicide attempt. ? Those judged to have a neurological or severe mental disorder, substance use disorder or cognitive impairment. ? Those who do not consent to participate in the project. ? Those who plan to relocate from the area within 4 months from the time of first contact with the project team.
