Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-70 years old male or female ASA I, II & III scheduled for elective supratentorial craniotomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate Allergy to bupivacaine or fentanyl chronic hypertension Coronary artery disease Arrhythmia Cerebrovascular disease Increased intracranial tension Trigeminal neuralgia Previous craniotomy
