Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of 1 or 2 who will be scheduled for elective gynecological surgery via a Pfannenstiel incision under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive dysfunction Obesity (body mass index 35 kg/m2) Renal dysfunction (estimated glomerular filtration rate < 50) Coagulopathy, a drug allergy to NSAIDs, paracetamol or the local anaesthetic, Gastric ulcer, Pregnancy Regular opioid or steroid use.
