Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18years and above at time of consent low-risk pregnancy at the time of enrollment in the study Term gestation ( = 37 completed weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of participant consent Multiple pregnancy History of eclampsia or pre-eclampsia in index pregnancy Postnatal mothers who were admitted to the facility after second stage. Women with a contraindication to labour
