Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary Uretero-pelvic junction obstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients underwent previous repair. Uncorrectable coagulopathy & untreated UTI. Patients with other congenital urological anomalies.
