Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All atrioventricular septal defect patients that have underwent primary surgical biventricular repair. ? Post pulmonary artery banding. ? PDA -other ASD or PFO. ? Down syndrome patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Associated other conotruncal abnormalities ? Syndromes other than Down syndrome. ? Preoperative renal affection ? Preoperative liver affection ? Unbalanced ventricles.

Early mortality;late mortality

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Left atrioventricular valve regurgitation;Residual shunting through ventricular or atrial septum;left ventricular outflow obstruction.;Reoperation for any reason from the secondary endpoints ;complete heart block
