Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults 18-60 years recruited at shelters and Adults 18-45 years recruited at rape services Women in current heterterosexual relationships HIV positive and HIV negative participants Women who seek post rape within care at two Thuthuzela Care centers in eThekwini (Durban) - Kwa-Zulu Natal Women who experienced intimate partner violence and who sought care at shelters in the eThekwini area

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children (< age of 18 years) Males Women in same sex relationships HIV negative women with creatine levels less than 60ml/min (requirement for PrEP use) HIV negative participants with Hepatitis B antigen positive result which is contraindicated to PrEP use Currently receiving psychological or psychiatric treatment for a mental disorder Extreme emotional distress, high suicide risk or psychosis; Known intellectual disability.
