Inclusion criteria: The patient inclusion criteria: a) Complete UCLP b) Infants born at term c) Within 2 weeks after birth d) Abreast feeding mother of the infant e) The mother Age between 19-45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Other congenital malformations b) Soft tissue bands

Economic evaluation Medical and surgical expenses will be evaluated using a questionnaire to be designed by the researchers. Non-Medical expenses will also be evaluated by a questionnaire designed by the researcher Cost of nutritional intervention and total supplement intake for each group Quality of life of both the mothers and infants will be accessed using EQ-5 D questionnaires for adults and children and this will be used to calculate disability-adjusted life years and will also be used to calculate cost-effectiveness between the two interventions	—
