Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA III patients both sex, adult patients body mass index (BMI) will be =40 kg/m2 scheduled for laparoscopic bariatric procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: moderate or severe obstructive sleep apnea, major psychiatric illness, skeletal abnormalities, uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension, coagulopathies, neuromuscular diseases, pregnancy, cardiac, hepatic, or renal impairment. Patients unfit for laparoscopy, previous abdominal surgery or with contraindications to study medications
