Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: urinary incontinence age between 35 and 60 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of pelvic surgery current neurologic disease history of radiotherapy difficult-to-control arterial hypertension.

Primary

we hypothesize that inspiratory muscle training strengthens the pelvic floor muscles and improves urinary continence

we hypothesize that inspiratory muscle training is a new strategy to reduce urinary incontinence
