Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who underwent upper abdominal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous cardiac surgery, left main coronary disease, unstable angina pectoris within the past 48 hours. Patients with pulmonary disease (atelectasis, pleural effusion, pneumonia, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Patients with moderate to severe valvular disease and previous stroke.
