Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with acute cholecystitis were included on Tokyo guidelines 2018, 18 – 80 years old, both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: common bile duct (CBD) stones, previous upper GIT surgeries, immunosuppression, acute pancreatitis, cholangitis, unfitness for laparoscopy, and contraindications for general anesthesia.
