Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All burns patients 15 years and below Have a second degree burn Burns with <25% total surface area (TSA)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with birth defects Those with corrosive, electrical, and chemical burns History of diabetes, epilepsy, or kidney disease Altered mental status that hinder communication for older children
