Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients will be of ASA physical status I-II, Age between 20 to 65 years of age, Body weight 50 – ??100 kg (BMI 20-35)?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of respiratory disease or clinical respiratory ?symptoms, ?morbidly obese patients (to exclude ?Obstructive ?Sleep Apnea cases)?, patients with history of seizures, ? patients ?presenting with tachycardia (above 110 beats/min) or any arrhythmic pattern or ?hypotension (below 90/60 mm Hg), history of Aminophylline allergy
