Inclusion criteria: Symptomatic , Bilateral or unilateral Impacted Third Molars 18-45 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled diabetes, Hypersensitivity to Honey Alcoholism, Drug abuse, Tumor involving an impacted tooth
