Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Both sexes will be included. • The number of children included in this study is 34 child for both group ,each group is 17 child. • Their age range from 6 to 10 years old. • Children will be grades 1 and 1+ on modified Ashwarth scale mild spasticity. • Who can stand independently without assistive devices level I, II according to the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS). • Normal IQ child can follow the orders. • Children undergoes the surgical intervention (Achilles tenotomy for group A). • All children will be given regular conventional physical therapy 2 session per week, 1 hour / session during the repeated 3 series of evaluations the program will include: Methods for physical therapy treatment: • Strengthening exercises for lower limb muscles using stand bars, squat to stand, single limb support • Gait training using steppers, progressed gait training over time • Balance exercises using various tools as balance board o Land exercises o boards exercise
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: heart or neurological surgeries 2. history of epilepsy 3. Hearing or visual disorders. 4. Orthopedic or neurological surgeries (for group B) 5. Injection with botulinum toxin. (for group B). 6. Fixed equines deformity
