Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 40-60 poor cardiac function <40% isolated elective CABG NYHA class ll,lll & lv cross clamp time <120 minutes both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age60 cardiac function >40% severe renal or hepatic disease severe mitral regurge Redo operation complex cardiac surgery patients with preoperative neurological deficits patient refusal

vasoactive inotropic score at 48 hours , mechanical ventilation by hours ,ICU stay by days ,hospital days and systolic function assessed by transthoracic echocardiography
