Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-• fourthly patients will be diagnosed by orthopedist as chronic lateral epicondylitis of the dominant elbow from both genders. • The patient' age ranges from 30 to 50 years old • Pain onset is more than 3 months appear primarily with use or rest or in both, also, it appear with deep palpation of the lateral epicondyle • Patient will be graded by ultrasonography in grade 1 which means 1-2neovessels and mild focal hypo-echogenicity and grade 2 which means 3-4 neovessels and moderate focal hypo echogenicity • Tenderness on palpation over the lateral epicondyle of hummers. • Consent to participate in the study and follow the treatment schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Rheumatoid arthritis. o Pregnant women. o Skin infection. o Neurological impairments. o Neuromuscular diseases. o Previous trauma to the elbow region. o History of previous elbow surgery. o Any pathology in the shoulder joint. o Neurologic deficit in upper extremity. o Cervical disc prolapsed and radiculopathy C5, 6. o Corticosteroid injection within 6 months o Dislocation of elbow joint. o Recent fractures of upper extremity. o Arthrosis of the radio-humeral joint. o Osteochondritis dissecans. o Osteonecrosis. o Participants receiving other treatment, in the form of physical therapy or medication, for the duration of the study that may interfere with the results of this study.

Joint mobilizations have the aims of directing the tissue remodeling process, reducing the proliferation of fibrosis tissue and decreasing the formation of crossed collagen bridges and tendon adhesions to tissues that surround it. This also influences the fluid dynamics, which help to decrease the accumulation of inflammation and thus modulate the pain processes,
