Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teachers who are employed in public secondary schools Teachers who have been teaching for at least a year Teachers who have at least a NCE certificate Teachers who provide consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teachers who do not teach one of the FLHE subjects Teachers who were newly transferred into the current school were they teach Teachers who are two years away from retirement
