Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the amount of intraoperative bleeding (measured in millimeters) during external DCR using gauze soaked with combined tranexamic acid (100mg/ml) and epinephrine 1:200000 versus using gauze soaked only epinephrine 1:200000.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
the mean surgical time of external DCR (measured in minutes) using gauze soaked with combined tranexamic acid (100mg/ml) and epinephrine 1:200000 versus using gauze soaked only epinephrine 1:200000.
