Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with soft tissue defects in ankle and distal to the ankle with exposed vital structures as bone and tendons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with affection of either posterior tibial perforators or peroneal perforators. diabetic patients. patients with liver or chronic kidney diseases. patients with peripheral vascular disease.
