Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study will enroll children of both sexes aged between 1 and 10 years old with an ASA physical status of I-II who will undergoing elective upper GI endoscopy under deep sedation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children will be excluded from the study if they have significant cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, or respiratory disorders. Patients with upper airway anatomical disorders, malignancy, known allergies to the drugs used, or who will require emergency procedures will be also excluded from the study.
